Role:

We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Infrastructure Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and maintaining data center operations at Enterprise scale. This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability to support business-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network infrastructure within the physical data center. Manage a team that performs installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software components. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for data center operations. Manage server virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Optimize and perform capacity planning for power and cooling systems to enhance energy efficiency. Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with policies. Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory. Develop and maintain datacenter operational documentation, including system diagrams and procedures. Provide support for escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Enterprise scale data center operations or system administration. Hands-on experience with racking and stacking server hardware, virtualization, and storage solutions. Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
