Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, data-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on development experience, and a strong understanding of data integration, governance, and analytics. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise data strategy and working closely with both business and technical teams to ensure effective execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Design and optimize data architectures and data models within the Salesforce platform to support customer 360 strategies.
Architect integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using tools like MuleSoft and other ETL platforms.
Define and enforce data governance, data quality, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective coding practices in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Provide thought leadership in customer data management, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights using Salesforce and integrated platforms.
Engage with enterprise architecture teams to align Salesforce data strategy with organizational goals.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Support the deployment process using tools like Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and Eclipse.
Facilitate daily coordination across onsite and offshore teams and work closely with stakeholders in different geographies.
Lead project-specific proof-of-concept efforts and validate the feasibility of technical solutions.
Provide mentorship to team members and contribute to practice development and capability building. Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development.
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360), with at least 3-4 successful project implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
Strong experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Einstein Analytics.
Solid understanding of data integration, ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and middleware platforms.
Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, data architecture, and customer-centric data solutions.
Familiarity with Force.com Bulk API, Metadata API, and integration best practices.
Expertise in data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Experience in managing production deployments and resolving associated issues.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to propose multiple solutions to technical challenges.
Experience in working directly with U.S.-based clients and managing onsite-offshore coordination.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database design.
Experience with tools and technologies like HTML5, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, Google APIs, and JavaScript frameworks.
Background in object-oriented programming, preferably with Java or .NET. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare domain.
Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce1/mobile development, Heroku, Radian6, and Einstein Analytics.
Prior experience in working with enterprise CRM/ERP transformations.
Experience with solution and delivery ownership in mid-sized to large transformation programs. Certifications

Required:

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Minimum of two certifications from the Salesforce Architect stream

Preferred:

Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 301)
Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications
