Visa Status:

Open to all visa types We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join a dynamic project environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture with a strong foundation in data integration, modeling, and cloud strategy. Prior experience in U.S.-based client engagements and coordination with distributed teams is essential.

Key Qualifications:

Total Experience:

10+ years in IT, with at least 7 years focused on Salesforce architecture, development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and solution design.

Salesforce Data Cloud:

Must have led architecture/design for a minimum of 3-4 Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) projects.

Cross-Technology Skills:

Familiarity with Java and/or .Net is highly preferred.

Client Communication:

Required experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and managing day-to-day collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.

Domain Knowledge:

Experience in the healthcare sector is a major advantage.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong command over Salesforce Data Cloud and ecosystem tools (MuleSoft, Tableau, Marketing Cloud). Expert in Salesforce integration patterns, API frameworks, and advanced data modeling. Skilled in tools such as Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and other data processing platforms. Hands-on experience with middleware/ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or Cast Iron. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Certifications:

Mandatory:

Salesforce Platform Developer II and at least two Salesforce Architect stream certifications.

Preferred:

ADM301, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications. Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certifications are a plus.

Architectural & Strategic Capabilities:

Ability to define scalable and maintainable data models for Salesforce. Experience architecting Customer 360 solutions that deliver deep insights into customer behavior and preferences. Skilled in implementing governance policies for data accuracy, privacy, and security across systems. Capable of integrating advanced analytics and AI into Salesforce solutions to enhance business decision-making.

Additional Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability with a knack for designing multiple solution paths for complex scenarios. Deep familiarity with Salesforce best practices for development and platform limitations. Experienced in using Salesforce APIs (Bulk, Metadata, SOAP/REST) and web services securely. Proficient in designing and implementing business automation components like workflow rules, validation rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
