We are looking for a SeniorProduct Manager to join our Data Products team within our DataAnalytics and Insights organization. This is a key role in afast-paced environment working with teams and stakeholders acrossthe business to develop our next generation Data Platform. THE GAME PLAN

- Collaborate with teams across thebusiness to understand how core data infrastructure supportsanalytical, ML, and operational use cases
- Take ownership of dataproducts focused on foundational data engineering tools andplatforms – with Databricks at the heart of the platform
- Leadelicitation of requirements, in the form of user stories ∾ceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamlineexecution of key platform improvements
- Partner closely with DataEngineering and Platform teams to drive stability, scale, andusability across core tooling
- Execute the product strategy androadmap for Databricks and Airflow (Astronomer), ensuring ourplatform remains efficient, well-governed, and developer-friendly
- Influence adoption of best practices across orchestration(Airflow), compute and processing (Databricks), and job development(Python, SQL, dbt)
- Support integration and rollout ofobservability and governance tooling including Monte Carlo, Satori,Hightouch, and Kafka
- Create and maintain documentation, includingplatform usage guidelines, onboarding materials, and operationalsupport documentation
- Act as a bridge between engineering andinternal users to shape a platform that balances enterprisecontrols with a seamless developer experience
- Share best practiceswithin the Product community and foster a culture of technicalcuriosity, innovation, and continuous improvement

THE STATS

- 3-6 years of experience asa Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Managerworking in data infrastructure, data engineering, or platformproduct roles
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing products orplatforms built on Databricks, Airflow (preferably via Astronomer),or similar orchestration and compute tools
- Familiarity with Pythonand SQL, particularly in the context of data engineering workflowsand developer productivity
- Bonus points for experience with dbt,Monte Carlo, Hightouch, Satori, or Confluent/Kafka
- A self-starterwho thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring clarity toambiguity
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, withexperience translating technical needs into actionable productdecisions
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops andaligning cross-functional teams around a common platform vision
