The Senior Director, Global Data and Analytics (D&A)Strategy will play a pivotal role in the year-round process thatshapes and brings to life Equifax’s Strategy across centers ofexcellence (COEs), business units (BUs), and countries (GEOs), aswell as the broader enterprise.

Reporting to the Vice President,Global Head of D&A Strategy, the Senior Director of GlobalD&A Strategy will work on four key areas: (1) supporting ourannual strategic planning process, (2) partnering with the businessunits/ countries on the highest priority strategic projects, (3)leading the development of a global center of excellence or guildto advance our customer-facing data insights, and (4) collaboratingwith our Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer on strategicprojects (e.g., go-to-market, competitive intelligence,partnerships) to advance Equifax’s leadership in the space.

Thebreadth of this role will allow the Senior Director of GlobalD&A Strategy to work across functions including data &analytics, sales, finance, marketing, product, at both the GlobalCOE and BU/GEO levels. Key day-to-day activities could includemarket research, customer interviews, workshop facilitation,strategy development presentations, quantitative & financialanalysis, and creation and scaling of customer-facing datavisualizations + insights.

Discretion to travel (2-4 times per year)to other countries or EFX locations in the U.S.Equifax has a hybridwork schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday andFriday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) everyweek.

This role reports to our office in midtown Atlanta, Georgia(OAC). Alpharetta is a secondary option with weekly visits toOAC.

  • What you will do
Support Annual Strategic Planning Process:

Combine internal and external intel on macro, market, andcompetitive events and trends (e.g., emerging business models, newcapabilities, traditional and non-traditional / emerging players,ongoing M&A activity), distill key insights, and articulaterelevant opportunities or threats for EFX. Help develop, refine, and improve strategy and operating modelfor Global D&A organization. Assist BUs in countries in developing and harmonizing strategyagainst Global Enterprise Priorities and vice versa. Partner with the business units/ countries on the highestpriority strategic projects: Collaborate with BU/country teams across functions to assist instrategic projects (e.g., organic and inorganic expansionopportunities, go-to-market strategy, VOC/ customer needsassessment). Advance Global D&A agenda by working closely withBU/country teams to define strategy and assist in creatingmechanisms for execution and tracking (e.g., OKRs, KPIs). Help identify global needs across geographies to guide GlobalD&A priorities and resources. Lead the Development of a Global Center of Excellence/ Guild toadvance our customer-facing insights: Create a COE to capture and share best practices aroundcustomer-facing pre and post-sale insights to help differentiateEquifax from our competitors. Establish standardized best practices for the tracking ofinsights effectiveness and impact that can be implementedglobally. Drive thought leadership in terms of new insights EFX couldcreate that resonate with customers and technologies to help scaleand accelerate deployment of those insights (e.g., GenAI). Collaborate with our Chief Artificial Intelligence officer onadvancing Equifax’s leadership in the space: Develop market, competitor, and customer intelligence to helpinform Equifax’s strategy in AI. Leverage internal data to understand risks and opportunities inAI capabilities (e.g., market adoption of AI solutions). Serve as a liaison with business units/ countries to understandneeds and priorities that could be addressed and acceleratedthrough the deployment of AI solutions.

What experience you willneed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics,Finance, Math, or other quantitative field. Master of Business Administration (MBA). 7 + years of total work experience. 5+ years of experience in strategy roles, of which at least 3+in top strategy-focused management consulting firms, with a proventrack record of (a) leading strategy projects while working acrossmultiple stakeholder groups and (b) defining and delivering across-enterprise strategy. Experience with complex data analysis, visualization, anddevelopment of insights based on the data. Industry experience in Financial Services (can be withinconsulting at a financial services client), preferably within theretail bank. Highly independent in thinking and framing problems, driven byintellectual curiosity. High degree of comfort on managing multiple assignments andpriorities simultaneously. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills. Executive presence and comfort with developing AND deliveringcompelling presentations to senior executives, includingc-suite. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communicationskills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams to align and coordinate internalresources. High energy, with strong will and ambition to learn and work onnew things.
