Job Summary:

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Manager, Data Management supports all aspects of configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The Manager, Data Management works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.

The Manager, Data Management:

Supports implementation of government and industry policies for requirements management, document management, change management, production and delivery, and configuration management of the performance, functional, and physical baselines. Acquires, validates, stores, protects, and processes required data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, and timeliness of the data for its users. Develops and executes architectures, policies, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of an enterprise. Works with both internal partners as well as external vendors ?as well. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar 6 or more years of technical experience 2 or more years of management experience with four or more direct reports Experience taking complex data and making it more accessible, understandable and usable for leaders to derive insights Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and can lead a team Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Experience in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, databricks, or Azure Synapse Analytics Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field Healthcare or managed care experience Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
