This role is ideal for someone with experience in billing, accounts payable, or invoice processing-not data science. You’ll ensure billing accuracy, work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies, and help maintain compliance with funding requirements.
Job Summary:
Responsible for reviewing invoices and data inputs, and for ensuring that billing data is accurate, complete, and in compliance with funding source requirements. The Data Coordinator is also responsible for communicating with internal and subcontracting partners to address the resolution of any errors found within the review process. The position will oversee a team of Data Specialists and work closely with Data Coordinators and departmental managers.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30

Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate, review, and process internal invoices, subcontracting agency invoices, and data inputs daily to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with funding source requirements. Assist with utility program software billing training for subcontracting. Complete reports and billings in a prompt and organized manner. Quality control of all areas will be a daily task. Addressresolve errors found during the review process with subcontracting. Collaborate with internal team members to troubleshoot, support, and maximize efficiencies. All other daily tasks necessary in program operations. Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide, and other meetings. Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong supervisory skills. High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new or updated software. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative position

Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 15 lbs Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
