Enrollment Systems & Data Manager Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Full-Time/Regular Summary The Enrollment Systems and Data Manager isresponsible for the effective management and utilization of graduateenrollment systems, data integrity, and operational efficiency withinthe Graduate Enrollment unit. This role focuses on the technical aspectsof Slate CRM, critical integrations with the Student Information System(SIS), and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making andefficient enrollment operations. The Manager collaborates closely withthe Graduate Enrollment operations team and other stakeholders to ensureaccurate data, streamlined processes, and optimal system performance,with a keen understanding of the downstream impact of systemconfigurations and data integrity on graduate education and the studentexperience.

Enrollment Data Management &Systems:

? Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all studentdata within the Slate CRM system. ? Conduct regular data audits andquality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies within SlateCRM. ? Conduct regular audits of Student Information System (SIS) datafor graduate students to ensure policy compliance, update records notcaptured by automated processes, and manage post-matriculation changesto maintain accurate student setup. ? Develop and maintain datapipelines and integrations between Slate CRM and other relevant systems(e.g., MyBU Student) to ensure data consistency and facilitate efficientreporting. ? Collaborate with IS&T, ENSA, OUR, and other university-widedepartments to support data governance policies and ensure compliancewith relevant regulations. ?
