Intake, Assessment, & Data Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Polkton, NC The Intake, Assessment, & Data Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month position located primarily on the OCH Campus in Monroe, NC, with some travel to campuses in Anson County, as well as the correctional facilities & jails. Under the direction of the College and Career Readiness (CCR) Program Performance & Accountability Director, the Intake, Assessment, & Data Coordinator manages all testing for Adult Basic Skills students and is responsible for coordinating all intake, attendance, and reporting records for the School of College and Career Readiness. Essential Duties Summary Develops and implements assessment-related professional development opportunities Maintains the integrity and security of all CCR testing materials and records Coordinates with CCR program directors and coordinators to develop testing and orientation schedules Administers assessments according to test publisher guidelines Coordinates all College and Career Readiness intake and attendance forms and documentation for local, state, and federal reporting Maintains CCR testing, enrollment, and attendance databases Maintains the integrity and security of student files, student data, and student communications Communicates regularly with CCR instructors and staff regarding student testing, enrollment, and attendance data Assists with building and grading courses within approved information databases Assists with end-of-course paperwork and processing Participates in local, state, and national professional development opportunities, as appropriate Actively participates in College committees and activities, including (but not limited to), Planning Councils, Advisory Boards, other College committees, College activities and events, and College-related community activities and events Demonstrates a high-level of professionalism, innovation, collaboration, and institutional commitment in all actions Performs other duties as assigned by the CCR Program Performance & Accountability Director and the Associate Vice President of the School of College and Career Readiness Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree Experience working with noncredit adult education programs Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Current certification for Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and/or CASAS administration or the ability to become certified within three (3) months of employment Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with LEIS system or other data entry system Demonstrated ability to manage and complete time-sensitive projects that involve large quantities of information/data Evidence of effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Personal and professional integrity that communicates a sense of mission, leadership, and ability to self-start Evidence of ability to relate and communicate well with individuals from all socio-economic levels and ethnic groups with respect and sensitivity Evidence of a career that includes flexibility and willingness to change; open-mindedness, fairness, and the ability to see multiple perspectives; a willingness to take risks; and accept responsibility for professional and personal growth Physical Demands Special Conditions Eligibility Summary Eeo Statement Summary South Piedmont Community College provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees based on job related criteria without reference to race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected classification.
