Duties :

Big Data Developer to service a data platform within the collections space. The goal is to create consistency across multiple data sets to support operational processes.

Must Haves:

7+ years of software engineering experience 6+ years of Big Data development using Hadoop, Spark, and Python Strong experience in a Java environment – ideal candidate would be a previous Java Developer now in the Big Data Development space 5+ experience in building data processing, pipelines development, and performance finetuning 3+ years of design and development experience Enterprise level experience – financial services experience highly preferred Day to day: Design, develop, and maintain scalable processing pipelines using Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and Python Build and optimize data processes for ingesting, transforming, and loading large volumes of data from various sources Develop and optimize Spark applications for large-scale data processing Implement design patterns Join us as we harness the power of big data to drive innovation and improve business outcomes!
