Position Summary Design, plan and lead initiatives to improve corporate-wide business processes and systems, in collaboration with management in all functional areas. Provide high-quality information and transactional support to Conterra’s business operations while creating and enhancing a strong internal control environment. Responsible for working closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Conterra’s financial, business, and internal control processes. Manage Conterra’s systems and applications, providing high level database management, software analysis and user support to ensure the systems are adequate, functional and in line with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the implementation of business processes and system improvements that reflect strategic priorities, accountability, compliance, information quality, efficiency, and sustainability across all departments. Drive the strategic direction for the Company’s systems and applications structure and design. Recommend solutions and develop business systems that anticipate the future direction of the business, its drivers and technology strategies. Identify, develop, deploy and maintain all relevant tools and systems that ensure data integrity and support automation and business process improvements. Lead systems integration goals and strategies from a comprehensive systems and data strategy perspective. Manage the integration of all new acquisitions, business ventures and alliances into Conterra’s systems environments. Provide guidance to peers and senior management to ensure that improvements to policies, processes, and systems conform to business requirements. Provide long-range planning for systems replacement, enhancement or integration as well as periodic systems module upgrades or replacements. Present plans, progress and results of program initiatives to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Develop statements of work and negotiate contracts for outsourced consulting services. Provide/coordinate staff training on all systems for new and existing employees. Respond to system support calls logged through the IT Helpdesk, keeping relevant parties informed of progress. Document system configuration and modifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementation, application and maintenance of systems; or equivalent education and years of experience. Highly effective oral and written communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language. Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SQL, BSS/OSS and other major applications. Understanding of process-mapping and Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI and Tableau. Logical and analytical thinker, with a keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and self-directed. Strong leadership and management skills. Team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach. Professional attitude and demeanor. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
