This includes executing a strongdata architecture program. This role will play a pivotal part indriving these enhancements and their ongoing sustainment. The rolerequires a strategic approach to managing the risk and businessenablement priorities from a data perspective. It also requirespartnering with stakeholders in GCIB and the rest of the Enterpriseto drive regulatory adherence, strengthen frameworks for dataarchitecture and privacy, enhance operational excellence, and meetGCIB’s goal to be the best-in-class. The role covers key datamanagement pillars – adherence to policy/standards, implementing abalanced data strategy for the business, developing and governingdata domains, designing and delivering a strong controls program,and supporting GCIB leadership in making informed decisions.

KeyResponsibilities:

Partner with the Data Strategy & Management Executive (DSME) inthe design of GCIB data strategy & initiatives roadmap. Executeprograms for successful implementation and sustainability. Transform GCIB’s data strategy into executable plans andoversee completion. Adapt strategy according to near-termpriorities and long-term roadmap. Design and execute GCIB’s MNPI adherence strategy across allprocesses and platforms, including outgoing data pipes. Document, own, and execute the data architecture oversightprocess as well as any related key control areas. Develop and execute GCIB’s data architecture while ensuringrelated policy adherence. Regular engagement with stakeholders from supporting datadomains for review of areas impacting GCIB data. Implementation of golden source structure for GCIB deal datadomain and ongoing review of additional needs for registry andimplementation. Engage in annual initiative and regulatory funding cycle forGCIB, partnering to ensure key data strategy priorities arereviewed as part of the cycle for appropriate prioritization. Engage in audits, regulatory exams, and target assessment, asrequired. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards alongwith evidence of compliance. Coordinate across GCIB product areas to ensure consensus onapproach for new data domains, golden sources, and controls. Establish and execute on a structured channel to review GCIBprocesses so that they remain adherent to data architecturestrategy. Escalate risks to programs. Partner with key stakeholders anddevelop solutions and deliver mitigating actions in support ofsuccessful completion of the program. Develop strong relationships to navigate the complexities ofgaining buy-in, building consensus, and resolving conflicts in alarge, distributed organization. Build and manage a cross-regional team of high performers anddevelop a team culture based on BofA’s core values and GCIB’sgoals.

Key Requirements:

Experience in a similar role along with cross-regional teammanagement experience. 20+ years of experience in strategic risk program governance(preferred). Experience with dealing with complexity of Global data issuesand regulations. Understands GCIB business and products and can take ownershipof delivery. Strong leadership qualities and result-driven approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and abilityto simplify and summarize complex data priorities / technicalconcepts to executive stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, work-intensive organizationand be able to adapt to changing priorities while delivering withhigh accuracy. Passion for building a culture of collaboration andteamwork. Ability to operate independently and collaborate across a widespan of stakeholders including bankers, senior leaders, riskpartners, and regulators / auditors. Control-focused mindset and good understanding of regulatoryand reputational risks.

Pay and Benefits Information:

Jersey City, NJpay range: $225,000.00 – $400,000.00 annualized salary, offers tobe determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

NewYork pay range: $225,000.00 – $400,000.00 annualized salary, offersto be determined based on experience, education, and skillset.

Discretionary incentive eligible: This role is eligible toparticipate in the annual discretionary plan.
