Information Systems & Support Services Manager Rate:

As the Information Systems & Support Services Manager , your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points: Training & Staff Development Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering onboarding, technology use, OSHA compliance, emergency preparedness, and regulatory standards Build a culture of continuous learning through structured development initiatives, including in-services, webinars, and self-paced training programs Technology Implementation & Support Lead implementation of new software and systems as a superuser Provide hands-on training and daily support for staff across platforms such as, but not limited to, LifeLoop, RCare, and PointClickCare Troubleshoot internal tech issues, monitor system backups, and manage IT ticketing systems while coordinating with vendors for escalated support Compliance, Equipment & Collaboration Ensure cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance through training and support in coordination with requirements. Oversee purchasing, inventory, and lifecycle planning of technology equipment Collaborate with IT Assistant, HR, and vendors to streamline operations and support onboarding. Required Experience & Skills :
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Five or more years of experience in IT support and training in a similar role. Must have strong skills and knowledge of PC hardware and software, Apple Products, Microsoft Platforms, Adobe, and cloud products Experience with networking systems, communication systems, and safety & security systems
