  • Oracle’s AI Data Platform is accelerating enterprise AI and redefining how AI applications are built. The AI Data Platform team is seeking an experienced Sr. Principal TPM to drive critical project planning and delivery, lead cross-org strategic initiatives, and develop the rhythm of business for this fast-growing, high-performance engineering organization.

  • + Serve as an org-level leader, driving clarity, strategic execution, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams+ Partner with executive leadership to develop, communicate, and track organizational goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring aligned execution+ Lead complex, multi-functional technical programs from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and effective stakeholder management+ Design, run, and continuously improve the business rhythm for the org (e.

g., QBRs, staff meetings, OKR process, all-hands)+ Prepare clear, succinct communications, presentations, and updates for leadership and key stakeholders+ Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, product, science, and cross-org partners+ Support organizational growth by leading org planning and recruiting activities+ Provide guidance and mentorship to other program managers in the org

  • + Demonstrated success managing high-impact programs in rapidly evolving technical organizations.

+ Deep understanding of data infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise data management practices.+ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable plans.+ Proven ability to partner effectively with both technical and business leaders to drive alignment and execution.+ Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and brings a collaborative, positive attitude.+ 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field, with at least 3+ years leading large-scale data or platform infrastructure initiatives.+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or other advanced degrees a plus.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.9
