What You Will Learn:

MarTech & Data Enablement is responsible for identifying, managing, and activating audience data and tools to enable personalized, omni-channel CRM activation across PPD’s

B2B, B2C & D2C

businesses. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the technical strategy of customer data integration while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. This role will work with multiple stakeholders including (but not limited to) PPD brand marketing teams, category heads, media teams, as well as internal & external partners to deliver data led solutions to increase engagement and accelerate personalization.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee CRM tech platforms for PPD, ensuring the implementation of best practices and guidelines for standardization, data quality, platform optimization, and usage across various marketing channels. Provide strategic guidance to brand leads on the latest capabilities and innovations within customer data platforms, 3rd party partners/tools, and internal processes. Lead the strategic rollout and integration of AI capabilities across CRM channels within the division. Determine efficiencies by templatizing Collaborate with brands, CDMO and DIT to devise real-time automation and data flows, scaling solutions across the division to enhance overall efficiency and achieve data capture and data quality goals. Act as the voice of PPD on data-related integration projects, representing the interests and requirements of the division. Liaise with brand teams, DIT, Legal, and other relevant teams to stay informed about the evolving landscape, contributing to the definition of the technical strategy for 1st party customer data capture and utilization.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in CRM, email marketing, and/or project management Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker who can see projects through from concept to execution Strong time management and prioritization skills Experience with Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Personalization, Interaction Studio) What’s In It for
