Financial Data Coordinator – Medicaid 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars New York, NY • Remote You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members. Position Purpose:

With the Fidelis Care Health Plan Accounting team, you will assist with state billing and the items below: Reconcile the state automated billing and assist with rebilling. Review state billing denials, prepare rebilling and adjustment for denials. Prepare billing submission for incorrect payment, retroactivities, void submission for termination Review IT billing errors and prepare for resubmission Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports Prepare submission for BATCH eMedNY eligibility verifications Follow up with LDSS (Location Department Social Services) (58 counties and NYSOH) to ensure (Third Party Health Insurance) TPHI members are disenrolled timely. Follow up with eMedNY and LDSS (58 counties and NYSOH) to ensure payment accuracy. Follow up with LDSS to ensure retroactive enrollment of MLTC (Managed Care Long Term Care) members who regain eligibility. Coordinating with related departments for member updates Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline. (1) to (2) years accounts receivable experience; knowledge of healthcare processes; in managed care, preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in EXCEL pivot tables, V-lookup and Index Match Strong communication & analytical skills Healthcare experience preferred

Pay Range:

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
