Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Javelina Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on custom file ingestion, transformation, and extraction workflows within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex data movement projects involving non-standard file formats and will excel at leading cross-functional and offshore teams. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Candidates must have Javelina experience – healthcare claims administration platform Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving custom file ingestion and transformation Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and delivered on time Manage projects involving complex file types (e.g., flat files, custom JSON/XML, proprietary schemas) Collaborate with developers and data engineers to ensure accurate data transformation Partner with product owners, architects, QA, and business analysts to align on technical solutions Facilitate communication between technical and business teams Provide regular updates, manage risks, and ensure leadership alignment Act as the primary liaison for vendors, clients, and integration partners Lead onboarding sessions, validate file formats, and resolve data intake issues Maintain strong relationships and ensure SLA adherence Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring coordination and accountability across time zones Provide guidance on ingestion mechanisms, transformation logic, and exception handling Understand solutions built in .NET and Python to support technical discussions and unblock teams Conduct sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and track milestones Drive continuous improvement in Agile or hybrid environments Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 6+ years of technical project management experience, with a focus on custom file ingestion and transformation Experience in healthcare payer or provider systems (e.g., claims, eligibility, clinical data) Strong understanding of secure file transmission (SFTP, FTPS, APIs), data mapping, and transformation pipelines Familiarity with .NET (C#), Python, and SQL Proven experience managing offshore teams Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Project Management and Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
