Pay Rate:

Earn up to $41 per hour for all taxable hours

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, in good standing. Minimum of 1-2 years

MDS/RNAC

experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred. Strong understanding of

PDPM, OBRA

regulations, and CMS guidelines. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or similar. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in a team environment. Certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) through AANAC is a plus but not required.
