DATA COORDINATOR, QUALITY-FULL TIME Position Available In Crawford, Pennsylvania

JOB DUTIES

Serves as main contact ad organizes data for Nuance Core Measures and communicates information to other members of the department regarding errors, outliers, and missing elements on a weekly basis. Shares Nuance Core Measure reports with appropriate personnel bimonthly. Acts as Contact Person or backup for Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council

• uploads data files, makes corrections, reviews reports and shares with appropriate personnel. Acts as System Administrator or backup for the Quality Net(CMS
• Hospital Reporting
• HARP)
• accesses/creates reports, maintains user dictionary, and shares reports with appropriate personnel.

Coordinates data submittal and processing of error reports for all databases in accordance with established deadlines and timeframes. Reviews reports and informs interested parties of outlier opportunities and deadlines prior to data submissions. Completes Power BI/Nuance quality measure upload. Shares applicable CMS quality measure provider reports directly with applicable providers and departments for review. Creates performance metric and credentialing dashboard for medical staff office and creates reports to support shared information. Acts as Back-up Person for maintenance of the Nuance system, creates lab data files for manipulation by Nuance and submittal to PHC4.

N/A Coordinates Meditech Unity file submittals to Nuance and PHC4 databases by reviewing fields andfields and dictionaries for appropriateness and completeness/changes. Creates reports from the appropriate system (Nuance or Meditech) upon request. Reviews CMS communications and site for reporting requirements, changes, or updates, and shares information with interested parties. Backup to data analyst and abstractors for continuity in compiling of necessary reports to meet timelines. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED EDUCATION

High school graduate and equivalent secondary education skills. Computer data entry skills and proficiency with excel required. 50 WPM typing required.

EXPERIENCE

Familiarity with medical terminology and computer usage and databases preferred. Current BLS Healthcare Provider card. High School or better. Technical/other training or better.
