Data Center NPI Program Manager Position Available In Berkeley, South Carolina

The goal of this team is to providecontinuous long-term improvement to data center products andprocesses via escalation support & root cause investigation,analysis of production data trends & significant issues, corrective& preventive action, and proactive engagement with the partnerteams.

Responsibilities:

Gather/analyze deployment data frompredefined dashboards and prepare NPI project metrics to beprovided to senior Quality TPMs. Perform first level investigationof fleet data to identify issues associated withdeployment/production and then create bugs to handoff to thecorrect partner teams for resolution. Execute well-defined projectsunder limited guidance and communicate progress, risks, andmitigations. Consolidate information from tickets, bugs, documentsinto tracking sheet for team members and stakeholders. Use toolsand techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns,relationships, and trends. Create visual representations of datafindings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the dataunderstandable. Prepare reports and presentations to communicatethe insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which caninfluence policy and decision-making processes. Collaborate/workwith cross functional teams to understand data needs and enablemaking informed decisions based on data insights.

Filtering data,handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis toensure accuracy and relevance. Effectively monitor and communicateprogress, risks, and mitigations.

Perform technical due diligence toevaluate engineering scope, determine milestones, timeframe, andengineering resourcing needs.

Mandatory:

5 years’ experience inprogram management. Experience working in a data center environmentwould be a plus. Experience in data analysis and visualizationusing SQL, JMP, or Python. Experience with New Product Introduction(NPI) would be a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or relevant engineeringdiscipline or equivalent practical experience.
