Position Description Advertised Job Summary Manager of Student Case Coordination and Data Analytics Do you have experience in case management? Are you detail oriented and have the ability to review data to identity trends and improve processes and procedures? Can you work independently and handle complex, sensitive student issues? The Manager of Student Case Coordination and Data Analyti cs will be responsible for reviewing incoming student requests through the Maxient database system, assigning them to the appropriate team member, and managing to resolution the more complex student requests. Additionally, this position assists with monitoring the department inbox for incoming emails, providing timely and accurate responses, and creating routine responses to streamline communication. By analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, the role identifies trends and is able to generate statistical and narrative reports for periodic and annual reviews. Letter templates in the case management system are reviewed and updates recommended to ensure accurate and professional communication with students, faculty, and staff. Day to Day for this position: Review incoming student requests and assign to team Monitor email inbox, providing timely responses Manage more complex requests as needed Review data to create reports and recommend changes in process or procedure as needed Create routine email responses to streamline and standardize communication Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with case management systems (experience with Maxient preferred). Experience in administrative support, case management, or customer service is a plus. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to communicate effectively and provide support/counsel for a wide range of student problems. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear responses for email and letter templates. Strong attention to detail, especially in monitoring and improving communication templates and responses. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
