  • Key Responsibilities

  • CRM, Data Management and Reporting
  • Serve as the division lead for
  • Slate CRM
  • : manage student records, ensure data accuracy, and build tracking/reporting systems
  • Partner with
  • Information Technology and Analytics
  • to enhance CRM functionality and streamline digital processes
  • Develop dashboards and generate insights to drive student retention and engagement efforts
  • Monitor student engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.#### ####
  • Communications and Content Strategy
  • Create and manage a
  • year-round student communications plan
  • , aligned with academic and co-curricular milestones
  • Collaborate with SMCX departments on messaging strategy, content development, and channel equity
  • Craft and distribute student-facing messages across
  • email, SMS, social media, digital signage
  • , and select web pages
  • Support
  • graphic design and photography
  • needs for events and promotions
  • Launch and manage digital campaigns to grow student audiences and participation
  • Oversee
  • XHype
  • , the SMCX student brand ambassador program, mentoring students to create impactful peer-driven content.#### ####
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Lead fall and spring
  • student check-in
  • operations, including scheduling, portal updates, and communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison to
  • Marketing
  • and•IT/Analytics•for student-related initiatives•Provide training and support to staff using Slate for student outreach and retention•Support major college events including Orientation, Open House, Move-In, Enrollment Days, and Commencement•Participate in division committees such as•SMCX Leadership•,•Involvement•, and•First-Year Experience•Stay informed on trends in CRM technology, digital engagement, and student communications.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative, customer-service-oriented mindset

  • Basic graphic design and photography experience; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.#### ####
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in communications, CRM management, or data reporting (
  • Slate experience preferred
  • )•Proven success in multi-platform communication strategies•Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and web CMS platforms•Strong editing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse student audiences.

  • Working Conditions
  • Full-time, on-campus role. In-person collaboration with students, faculty, and staff is required
  • Some evening and weekend hours will be necessary for events and projects.### ###
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to navigate campus and climb stairs in residence halls
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and handling documents
