Conduct IM/IT training and support for field teams Ensure system functionality and continuity Support field help desk operations and troubleshooting Assist with sustainment efforts in austere environments Performs other job-related duties as assigned Information Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 5+ years of experience (degree may substitute in part) Security+ CE preferred; ITIL or Health IT certification preferred Experience with deployed medical IT systems and AF readiness operations Strong user support and sustainment background Must pass pre-employment qualifications of
