Responsibilities Integrations:
Represent the business side of EDI/API transaction setup for customers and suppliers with the BSAM IT team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategy and priority for data connections, track progress and remove roadblocks. Ensure business needs are tested and requirements have been met.
Process Development:
Identify solutions, primarily in SAP, to systemize processes that may be gaps or are being done manually or inefficiently today. Support and test implementation.
Process Standardization:
Document and socialize/train work instructions to standardize the way we use ERP/SAP.
Data and Analytics:
Develop and manage reports using PowerBI and/or Tableau to meet and anticipate the needs of the business.
Data Process Governance IT Liaison:
Monitor progress and status of open tickets, solicit input from the business to support resolution as needed, coordinate testing and support from the business as required. Integrated Business Planning (Data Management) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Develop strategic roadmap for 3DS process development and SAP integration. Set priorities for development. Major Challenges Global standardization. Resource management and priority setting. Ability to lead complex cross function team activities involving multiple locations. Soliciting stakeholder needs and opportunities. Internal Interaction Good communication and negotiation skills in working with other function areas (IT, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering). Ability to influence the organization to systematize business process. Ability to assess business needs to set priorities for development. External Interaction Appropriate communication and technical alignment skills when working with suppliers and customers to manage expectations. Ability to work with supplier and customer cross functional teams in an effective and professional manner. Attributes Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task. Organized. Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical Discipline (or equivalent degree).
Required:
8+ years of experience in Data, Data Analytics, Process and ERP related work.
Preferred:
5+ years managing a team with diverse roles and responsibilities.
