Accountabilities:
- Ensure business rules are followed for processing credit rebills for consignment customers
- Accountable for timely processing of credit rebills
- Work closely with Pricing Research, and Chargebacks teams
- Ensure that our customers have a positive experience What is expected of you and others at this level:
- Works independently to complete credit rebills for consignment customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Detailed oriented
- Process oriented
- Able to follow SOP’s
- Quick learner
- Experience working with data and in database systems
