This role ensures financial integrity, supports fundraising efforts, and maintains accurate donor records through data entry, gift processing, and reporting. What you will do 1. Foundation Financial Management
- Monitor and track operational expenses, grant disbursements, and revenue streams.
- Maintain financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in developing budgets, financial reports, and audits.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Analyze financial trends and recommend budget adjustments. 2. Grant Financial Management & Tracking
- Track financial life cycle of grants and ensure compliance with donor intent.
- Review financial reports from grant recipients.
- Approve grant-related transactions and maintain grant financial records.
- Assist with audit preparation and grant reporting. 3. Donor Data Entry and Constituent Records Management
- Accurately input donor, volunteer, and grateful patient information into Raiser’s Edge database.
- Maintain updated, secure records compliant with HIPAA and IRS regulations.
- Manage creation and updating of donor records. 4. Gift Processing and Donor Acknowledgment
- Process donations (credit card, check, stock, wire, online gifts).
- Manage recurring donation updates and pledge reminders.
- Assign soft credits and ensure accurate campaign, fund, and appeal tracking.
- Generate tax receipts and acknowledgment letters within 24-48 hours. 5. Gift Processing and Donor Acknowledgment
