GIS Developer Atlanta, GA Contract Hybrid TITLE:
GIS Developer
LOCATION
Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION
12-week contract (short term)
GIS Developer Responsibilities:
Develop and support the integration between GIS, C2M, and NMS systems. Collaborate with the GIS Technical Lead and ASCEND project team to analyze, document, test, and implement integration solutions. Support ongoing application and integration development within the Enterprise GIS environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, management, business units, and vendors. Address and resolve issues, incidents, and events related to integration and system performance. Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with standards. Contribute to the GIS Center of Excellence’s mission and project objectives.
GIS Developer Requirements:
Integration of enterprise systems, preferably in utility or GIS environments Application development and system support Working with cross-functional teams and vendors
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills Problem-solving and issue resolution Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Skills:
PL/SQL – Mid to Senior experience
GIS Developer Preferred Experience:
C# Python ESRI Rest API The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55 to $63/ hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
