About the Role
we are seeking qualified GIS professionals across multiple roles to support the ongoing development, deployment, and optimization of Enterprise GIS systems. These roles will enhance data management, spatial analysis, and reporting capabilities to meet internal goals and federal requirements.
Available Positions
1. GIS Program Managers
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee development and implementation of GIS programs.
Lead technical teams and manage GIS project lifecycles.
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mandatory Experience:
ESRI Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
Desirable Experience:
Agile project management
Understanding of state procurement and financial systems
2. GIS Program Specialists
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and support ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
Configure and publish web applications and services.
Perform advanced geospatial data analysis.
Mandatory Experience:
ESRI Suite (Desktop & Enterprise), including:
ArcGIS Desktop & Pro
Web application and service publishing
Desirable Experience:
ESRI Roads and Highways LRS
Safe Software s FME (Form & Flow)
VertiGIS Studio deployment
Knowledge of Transportation Business Systems (PMS, TMS, CMS, AMS, etc.)
3. GIS Configuration Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, develop, and maintain GIS solutions and platforms.
Develop scripts and applications for data processing and automation.
Integrate GIS solutions with HPMS and SLD Manager tools.
Mandatory Experience:
ESRI Suite, including ArcGIS Desktop & Pro and Enterprise deployment
Web services and application development
Desirable Experience:
Roads and Highways LRS
FME (Form & Flow), VertiGIS Studio

4. GIS Data Architect/Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Design GIS data models for warehousing and spatial analytics.
Develop AI and ML-enabled solutions for data insights.
Perform advanced ETL tasks using modern tools.
Mandatory Experience:
GIS Data Modeling
Linear Referencing Systems
AI/ML techniques including GPT-based models
Desirable Experience:
FME for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Cross-platform scripting for ETL automation
5. GIS Technicians
Key Responsibilities:
Support data editing, route/event editing, and metadata management.
Assist in map creation and application support tasks.
Collaborate with GIS team members across all roles.
Mandatory Experience:
Experience with ESRI, Safe Software, VertiGIS platforms
Desirable Experience:
Attribute and geometry editing
LRS event/route editing
Metadata and cartography support
