Full Time Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IT department, with a particular focus on managing the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This role involves managing a team of employees, coordinating resources, and implementing IT and ERP strategies that align with the organization’s goals. The IT Manager ensures that IT and ERP projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the needs of various departments.

Primary Duties:

To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners Actively leads the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with them, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc. Disciples employees for the benefit of our ministry partners and clients. Aligns team dynamics, internal & external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s Core Values Manages and Maintains the team that oversees all local & remote branch office networks, systems, platforms & devices relating to IT including Dynamics 365/CareTogether ERP Assists in ensuring integrity and security of client data, according to best practices. Manage and Maintain help desk system and functions, assisting with individual tasks and requests as workflow demands. Includes supporting Microsoft Office 365, Teams & Dynamics 365, Jotform, Zoom and other enterprise platforms Oversees proper storage and backup of data, databases, cloud-based file systems and Microsoft 365 tenant Develop automations, striving to remove manual tasks and increase efficiency for all departments Empower Lifeline users to maximize use of the ERP platform & related databases to run reports and gather information as needed, including the use of Power BI platform Develop Standard Operating Procedures & provide training to users through classes, videos, and documentation, going over procedures and guidelines within all enterprise platforms Work with Development team, Executive team and Director of IT & Data to execute

projects according to Organization requirements Assisting in providing AV support for agency-related events, retreats, conferences & meetings Maintaining good relationships with co-workers, including solving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion Representing the Agency in a professional manner in and away from the office. Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field

Experience:

3 to 5 years of related work experience in an office environment 2 to 3 years with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or similar systems

Other:

Working understanding of Power Platform, Power BI or other Business Intelligence Systems experience Working understanding of cybersecurity intelligence and threat awareness, mitigation
