We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Infrastructure Manager to help lead our next phase of growth and transformation. Position Overview The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance, along with assisting in the strategic direction of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing a hybrid environment of virtual machines in our data center, ensuring secure and scalable networking across multiple locations, and optimizing endpoint and backup systems. This candidate will oversee the company’s technical staff and work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to propose improvements to the business infrastructure and report progress on various projects. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with proven experience in enterprise infrastructure and team development. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization’s hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), including virtual machines (AHV), physical servers, storage, and backups. Oversee network operations across all sites. Implement and maintain enterprise-grade security protocols, including encryption at rest, endpoint protection, and secure data backup/recovery using Rubrik (on-prem and cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EHR, clinical, and administrative staff, to ensure infrastructure supports operational and compliance needs. Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Lead infrastructure-related projects including migrations, upgrades, and system integrations. Supervise a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and growth opportunities. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for infrastructure and security operations. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery plans are tested and maintained. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure in a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization (e.g., VMware, AHV, or Hyper-V), and hybrid data center management. Experience with M365 and endpoint encryption technologies. Proven ability to manage infrastructure projects and lead cross-functional IT teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare IT environments, including knowledge of EHR system integrations. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA. Meraki network certification or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of modern wireless deployments and endpoint lifecycle management.
