Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced IT professional to lead a small, dedicated team and drive innovation across multiple business systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, administration, and manufacturing to deliver smart, scalable IT solutions that support long-term strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide timely support to staff through troubleshooting and problem-solving
Develop reports and dashboards to support informed business decisions
Track and document IT projects using a project management tool
Design and implement efficient solutions for recurring issues
Process logical access requests through enterprise software systems
Ensure compliance with

SOX ITGC

standards and internal control processes
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of four IT professionals
Plan and execute regular system maintenance and software upgrades

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems
Strong background in process improvement and troubleshooting
Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Positive, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
Experience with software development and databases
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
