The Role We are seekingan outstanding IT Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and drivetransformative technology initiatives. This position offers thechance to shape IT strategy and deliver smarter, more effectivesolutions to support diverse operations, including a national salesstaff, administrative offices, and manufacturing facilities. What You’ll Do Inspire and mentor a talented team of 4 directreports, promoting collaboration and innovation. Develop impactfulsolutions, reports, and dashboards to guide strategicdecision-making. Address complex challenges through experttroubleshooting and effective staff collaboration. Spearheadprocess enhancements and ensure compliance with

ITGC SOX

standards.

Oversee maintenance schedules, upgrades, and seamless execution ofIT projects. Manage logical access requests and safeguard securesystem operations. Maintain detailed documentation and leverageproject management tools for tracking progress. What We’re LookingFor The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking IT professional witha proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Desiredqualifications include:

A 4-year degree in technology (ComputerScience, Information Systems, etc.). At least 5 years of ERP systemexperience. A history of process improvement, software development,and database expertise. Superior prioritization, time management,and communication skills. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs on aninfrequent basis. Why Join Us?
