Active Directory Information Technology Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our technology infrastructure, systems, and support across our furniture retail operations. This role will ensure that IT systems align with business objectives and support the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, warehouses, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Management Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with company goals. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments. Identify opportunities for improving business processes with technology. Infrastructure & Systems Oversight Maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure across all retail locations. Oversee POS (Point-of-Sale), ERP, accounting and inventory management systems. Ensure consistent uptime and performance of internal systems and e-commerce platforms. Support & Security Provide support to all departments, stores, warehouse and distribution center. Implement cybersecurity measures, backup protocols, and disaster recovery plans. Monitor system usage, access controls, and compliance with data protection regulations. Project Management & Implementation Manage IT-related projects, including software upgrades, system integrations, and hardware deployments. Work cross-functionally with retail, accounting, logistics, and e-commerce teams to support their technical needs. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor IT staff. Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments. Proven experience with POS systems, inventory databases, and ERP platforms. Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking tools, backup solutions, and active directory

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with retail analytics tools and CRM platforms. SQL reporting Experience with omnichannel retail and e-commerce integrations. Understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics IT.
