  • , you’ll oversee the entirelifecycle of our products, from inception to launch and beyond, for ourproducts, platforms, or services.

Collaborating closely withcross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, andsales, you’ll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned withbusiness objectives and market needs. Leveraging your strong analyticalskills and customer insights, you’ll prioritize features, enhancements,and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drivebusiness outcomes. You’ll serve as stakeholders’ primary point ofcontact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout theproduct development process. With a focus on innovation and continuousimprovement, you’ll monitor market trends, gather user feedback, anditerate on product features to enhance the user experience and maintaina competitive edge in the market. As a strategic leader in productmanagement, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our products’success and the organization’s overall growth.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision andstrategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.

Roadmap Planning:

Define and prioritize features, enhancements, andimprovements based on market research, user feedback, and competitiveanalysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales,and customer support, to drive product development and delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as stakeholders’ primary point ofcontact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout theproduct lifecycle.

Requirements Gathering:

Work closely with stakeholders, includingcustomers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather andprioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a currentand future state process map to be shared and signed off with yoursponsor.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence,and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation andgrowth.

User Experience Optimization:

Advocate for exceptional user experiences,working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritizeusability and accessibility improvements.

Product Launch:

Lead the successful launch of new products and features,coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, andensuring smooth execution.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) andmetrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data toidentify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive a culture of continuous improvement,iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, datainsights, and market dynamics.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with product management peers and otherstakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned,contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as a passionate customer advocate, representingtheir needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate risks anddependencies impacting product delivery or performance.

Thought Leadership:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insightsand knowledge with the broader organization.

Business mpact: Drive measurable business impact through productinnovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market shareexpansion.

Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with ourorganization’s vision, mission, and values and fall within your scopeof practice.

  • Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant and practical experience.(

  • • Good working knowledge in key modules of •Endur•and commodityoperations.
  • Knowledge of

  • risk and valuation functionality and EODautomation (TPM and Services Manager).
  • Deep knowledge of standard and customization approaches forimplementation of requirements, support for reporting, building complexdesktops, APM pages, and pre/post-processing logic.
  • Understanding of
  • Endur
  • architecture and best implementationpractices to optimize its strengths for the client solution.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Gas, Power, and/orAgricultural Products.
