Panama City, Florida Job Description:

Inventory management

• Manage inventory of license and hardware assets for Enterprise level systems. Cost planning
• Knowledge of cost projections and cost planning. Team environment
• Will have the ability to work in a team environment working directly with subject matter experts (SME) regarding input for requirements. Assessments
• Provide impact assessments for hardware and software changes. Customer service
• Will interact directly with GS13 level customers in person, email, Teams chat, phone, and project meetings. Vendor interaction
• Will work directly with vendors on software license and warranty agreements. Record keeping
• Keep record of software licenses, hardware warranty and support, and licensed users per program.

Qualifications Required Education or Experience:

Associate’s degree and 0 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree or certification in the ITAM field. Expected to complete the IT Asset management Essentials within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications:

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Will have the ability to work in a team environment. Must have the ability to work in high stress situations. Must be able to adapt to last minute requests and changes. Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow chain of command.

Clearance:

Candidate must have the ability to obtain a full Secret clearance. Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
