We’re seeking a skilled and driven Workshop Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale operations. What You’ll Do:
As FL Workshop Manager , you’ll manage shop and field service operations, oversee technical teams, and ensure outstanding project execution and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in operational planning, team development, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate work across the shop and field teams (4 direct reports) Lead and support team performance, hiring, training, and development Implement and promote continuous improvement practices, focusing on 5S, cleanliness, and efficiency. Coordinate and manage technical projects, maintenance, and repairs Develop and oversee work plans, budgets, bids, and customer contracts Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards Collaborate with leadership to improve procedures and resolve issues Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality service delivery Travel up to 10% to support regional operations and projects
What You Bring:
