We’re seeking a skilled and driven Workshop Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale operations. This is a high-impact leadership role, perfect for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:

As FL Workshop Manager , you’ll manage shop and field service operations, oversee technical teams, and ensure outstanding project execution and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in operational planning, team development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate work across the shop and field teams (4 direct reports) Lead and support team performance, hiring, training, and development Implement and promote continuous improvement practices, focusing on 5S, cleanliness, and efficiency. Coordinate and manage technical projects, maintenance, and repairs Develop and oversee work plans, budgets, bids, and customer contracts Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards Collaborate with leadership to improve procedures and resolve issues Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality service delivery Travel up to 10% to support regional operations and projects

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field-preferred 10+ years of related experience in workshop or technical service environments Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Skilled in planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change Proficiency with standard software tools and ERP systems Apply now and take the lead in shaping the future of technical service excellence.
