We’re looking for the IT Manager to oversee and elevate our call center infrastructure, with a particular focus on dialing systems, VoIP technology, and CRM integration and bring on AI technologies. Duties Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for the entire call center environment Configure, monitor, and optimize auto-dialer and predictive dialing systems (TLD, Convoso, Five9, Genesys, VICIdial, etc.) Ensure uptime and performance of VoIP systems, internet connectivity, and related hardware/software Lead integrations between dialing systems and CRM or other business tools Oversee IT support for users and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime Collaborate with operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure tech alignment with business goals Manage IT inventory, security protocols, data backups, and disaster recovery plans Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve performance and cost-efficiency Ensure all systems comply with TCPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards applicable to call center operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a call center or BPO environment Hands-on experience with dialer platforms (e.g., TLD, VICIdial, Convoso, Genesys, Five9, NICE in Contact, etc) Solid understanding of VoIP , networking, and telephony systems Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized IT teams and manage multiple projects Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvement Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
