Lead information technology (IT) teams to deliver business capabilities for critical ordering platforms in business-to-business (B2B) operations.
Define business objectives and tactical operations to achieve company goals.
Coordinate priorities between the IT department and user departments.
Oversee technical team in collaboration with vendor and other support teams for problem resolution.
Drive process and technology changes throughout the organization in support of business objectives.
Monitor technology investment, risk, and opportunity while providing clear and consistent communication to senior IT leadership.
Expand adoption of existing technology, where appropriate, to leverage enterprise solutions that meet or exceed business-partner demands.
Manage and respond to business-partner feedback to enable continuous improvement.
Proactively advise on technology options and innovation for the business.
Serve as a partner in provider leadership for technology solutions and implementations.
Develop and recommend changes to systems, policies, and procedures.
Create measures for successful program execution, including policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
Proactively work with IT Architecture team to design a robust, flexible set of services and capabilities that are efficient and cost-effective.
May telecommute but must reside near Miramar, Florida, headquarters or Dallas, Texas, office.
Requires up to 20% domestic travel.
