We’re a dynamic organization with a call center and three HVAC businesses, seeking an In-House IT Manager to take the reins of our technology needs and help drive our operations forward. If you’re a well-rounded expert in IT with a passion for solving problems, optimizing systems, and making an impact, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do As our go-to IT professional, you will:
Manage IT Infrastructure:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices (iPads, iPhones).
Microsoft Expertise:
Handle Microsoft Exchange products, Intune, and API integrations.
Power BI:
Build and generate reports to empower data-driven decisions.
Support Operations:
Provide remote IT support for our other locations while working on-site at our Tampa office. Assist in
Projects:
Collaborate on projects like report building, website maintenance, SEO activities, and other data-related tasks.
Strategic IT Setup:
Help us establish robust IT systems that scale with our growing business.
What We’re Looking For Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Intune, and Power BI. Experience with API connections and troubleshooting hardware and networks. Proficiency in setting up and managing mobile devices (iPads, iPhones).
Problem-Solving Mindset:
You’re resourceful and ready to tackle a variety of technical and operational challenges.
Jack of All Trades:
Comfortable wearing multiple hats, from IT management to data analysis and website maintenance.
Self-Starter:
You’ll be the only IT professional on our team, so initiative and independence are key.
Location Flexibility:
