This position will use data to evaluate and plan for current and future resource needs, including but not limited to projects with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams. The IT Resource Manager serves as an advocate for employees and guides them on their career path and development within the organization. This is an intermediate level position responsible for understanding team dynamics and needs, assessing strengths and weaknesses, supporting team morale and resolving issues or conflicts.
