Bonita Springs, FL Position Overview
The Network Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves managing network operations, leading a team of network engineers, and collaborating with other IT departments to support the organization’s technology needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support on technical issues.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement and manage VoIP solutions and IP telephony systems to improve communication within the organization.
Oversee the design and deployment of network solutions in data centers and cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and OCI.
Ensure network security protocols are in place and regularly updated to protect against threats.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with virtualization technologies such as VMWare.
Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in network management and administration, with a focus on wireless networks and VoIP technologies.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and network security best practices.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and network infrastructure management tools.
