HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Management responsibilities include assisting Director with internal administrative processes and supplement exterior liaison role, as needed. Provide operations oversight to various modalities/department sections including, but not limited to, Information Systems/PACS, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Diagnostics, records maintenance/management, financial monitoring/reporting. Perform or oversee/supervise the performance of PACS and Radiology Information System duties. Is an active member of the Radiology Management Team. Provide continuing education for existing employees; orientation for new employees, on PACS and RIS system.
Behavioral Criteria:
Represent Medical Imaging as requested regarding PACS and other IT systems with regard to the various computer systems at TMH. Assist in establishing/monitoring various information reports. Maintains PACS and Cerner/RadNet development user groups; monitor all software corrections installed to address software/systems problems; ensure problem resolution. Perform software product evaluations, analysis, and design for interdepartmental systems projects. Plan, coordinate and manage system implementations, upgrades and changes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Minimum:
Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, information technology, allied health or related field. Must have a Radiology background or 5 years experience working with RIS and PACS.
Required Experience:
Minimum:
3 years of combined experience in Radiology, Radiology Management, System Analysis, or implementation required. Excellent communication skills desired.
