HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manage a team of application developers and system administrators, responsible for enhancing or supporting a wide variety of products. This includes but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace, ePrescribe & Change Healthcare.
Monitor performance of enterprise applications.
Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain a framework for new technology requestsCreate and maintain an application library/configuration management databaseLeverage existing tools to further enhance our procurement process and application license trackingIdentify and correct tech debt to align with best practice architectureContinuously analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions for IT needs.
Ensure service operations meet and/or exceed stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and contractors to ensure quality and cost control requirements are achieved.
Leads, guides, grows and develops a team of IT professionals in technical proficiency and in service delivery effectiveness.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Information, Business Administration or a related field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis requiredA minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in the IT industry requiredA minimum of 2 years work experience in resource management requiredIT certification preferredWe’re ChenMed and we’re transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America’s healthcare for the better.
