This individual will own and manage POS platforms, third-party integrations, and ensure systems are fully optimized to support seamless operations and guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings experience with Toast POS and restaurant tech stacks, along with a sharp eye for detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for improving systems behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities POS & Menu Management Maintain and update product catalogs and menus in Toast and across integration platforms Build and configure menu items with accurate pricing, modifiers, descriptions, and images Ensure consistent menu syncing across in-store and online platforms (e.g., Toast, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Lunchbox) Execute pricing changes, menu updates, and promotional item setups in a timely manner Support new store launches with full POS and tech system configurations System Integrations & Platform Management Manage and maintain integrations between Toast and third-party ordering/delivery platforms Troubleshoot syncing errors and discrepancies in real time to minimize operational disruption Ensure store hours, item availability, and ordering flows are consistent across all channels Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to implement and manage seasonal menus, bundles, and specials Oversee the Shopify-based merchandise site, ensuring accuracy of listings and resolving any issues Tech Operations & Equipment Support Manage ordering and setup of technology and equipment for new and existing store locations Coordinate digital and physical gift card implementation and support Work closely with operations teams to address equipment and tech issues as they arise Support & Documentation Serve as first point of contact for store-level tech and system-related issues Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices Implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency Support company-wide initiatives requiring backend system coordination and configuration Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar IT or systems support role, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or retail Experience with Toast POS is strongly preferred Familiarity with integration platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Lunchbox is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities Effective communicator and responsive collaborator across departments
