• The role you’ll contribute:
• Designs and executes effective marketing campaigns and strategies that drive business growth and development and builds industry recognition.

Develops communication channels, handles content creation, public relations and events, and manages media, including reputational risks. Develops marketing strategies, creates digital marketing campaigns, and manages multi-touch marketing efforts. Implements, manages, and integrates technology platforms to offer advanced and personalized digital experiences. Develops concepts to provide visual, web-based marketing to promote solutions to client needs.

• Manages a department or job family group which includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Directors; identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, may provide insight into higher-level budgeting / P&L input
• Guided by department and/or organization function strategy, impacts results of one or more departments; significant authority for developing and implementing new processes, policies, and standards
• The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
• Minimum qualifications
• : • 2 experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning, project management and market analysis.

Required

• 2 Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency or strategic and integrated marketing role Required
• 2 Experience managing a team for results Required
• 2 Health care marketing experience Preferred
