Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership & Infrastructure
- Oversee IT operations, including network security, systems administration, and strategic planning.
- Maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Lead the implementation of cost-effective, business-aligned technology solutions.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Support & Service Delivery
- Manage help desk operations to provide timely, empathetic support to staff.
- Deliver training and tools to empower staff and improve technology adoption.
- Travel to satellite locations as needed to support users and ensure consistent IT service delivery.
- Uphold ethical standards for data privacy, cybersecurity, and accessibility. Innovation & Process Improvement
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that support organizational growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile problem-solving.
- Promote process optimization and cross-functional collaboration through technology.
- Ensure disaster recovery and backup strategies are current and effective. Performance & Excellence
- Set and maintain high standards for IT operations and service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and key metrics to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits for regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, including team leadership and project oversight. Technical Skills
- Proficient with Windows PCs and servers.
- Strong background in cybersecurity best practices.
- Experienced with Microsoft technologies, networking, and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with Cisco and Meraki networking equipment.
- Knowledgeable in help desk operations and IT service management. Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
