Function and will be located in Grand Rapids, MI or St Petersburg, FL. The incumbent will be expected to work on-site at the either facility and may require up to 25% travel to the multiple

locations, both domestic and international particularly as the business grows and develops in the future. The Global IT Service Delivery Manager will have the opportunity to engage in (but not be limited to): Development and implementation of the IT vision, strategy and roadmap for both ACRON AVIATION and the Avionics division, aligned to business goals and objectives. Manage the IT portfolio of projects, applications, systems, and infrastructure ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective and timely solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, suppliers and regulators identifying and building highly engaged and inspired integrated IT resources to deliver on identified objectives, leveraging offshore 3rd party resources where appropriate also. Ensure IT compliance with relevant standards, policies and regulations such as

ISO20000, ISO27001, ITIL

v4 at a minimum Support M&A activities for rapid assimilation of acquired entities into the

technology portfolio. Innovatively and systematically build a problem-solving environment by demonstrating and modeling thought leadership, influence, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Develop skills and abilities of assigned IT team members through mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement. Support and continuously develop a service improvement culture within the global IT team. Partnering with business unit Program Management Offices (PMO) on implementation, updates and best practice sharing on processes, tools, training, and lessons learned to continuously improve and grow the capability of the global IT team. Support efforts to reduce the global application footprint and focus on standardization of apps across all locations wherever possible. Monitor and evaluate the IT risks, issues and opportunities within the IT Service Delivery portfolio and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans as needed Development of internal service level agreements Minimum Requirements /

Qualifications:

BSc / BA level degree in Information Technology or complimentary equivalent. 10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in the aerospace industry or alternative high tech manufacturing business with global presence. A demonstrated depth and breadth in business acumen across the major functional disciplines (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). Ideally able to demonstrate experience and qualifications aligned to ITILv4 Must have experience with ServiceNow platforms for IT Service Management / CMDB etc. Must have worked in a global industry operating across multiple time zones with heavy use of outsourced functions Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to affect organizational change in challenging environments. Must be adept at achieving results through multiple organizations and functions, sometimes with competing priorities. Skilled in interpersonal influence, persuasion, and negotiation. Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization. Skilled in building customer and subcontractor relationships while balancing strategic objectives. Adept listener and public speaker. Experience in managing 3rd party service provider of near-shored Managed Service Desk services Highly motivated, adaptable and resilient, with a passion for innovation and service excellence. Ability to travel (domestic or international) up to 25%.
