Position Overview The Information Technology Manager will provide leadership in planning, deploying, managing, and operating essential IT infrastructure and support services. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives related to information technology across our national footprint. This position includes direct oversight of IT operations, security, data integrity and availability, cloud computing, helpdesk services, end-user support, network/unified communications, and managed service provider (MSP) vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure performance, high availability, and scalability. Build and manage a high-performing IT team. Support professional growth and ensure adaptability to evolving technologies. Assist in the development and management of the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, security, and compliance. Maintain effective disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs—particularly with MSPs—to support IT objectives. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and systems. Develop and deliver presentation materials using both objective and subjective data. Champion and promote corporate culture and initiatives across teams. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, including 5+ years overseeing IT infrastructure, systems administration, DevOps, and unified communications. At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role (e.g., IT Director, Infrastructure Director). Proven track record of managing geographically dispersed technical teams. Experience supporting enterprise data warehousing, ETL, and ERP platforms. Experience managing IT budgets and infrastructure for organizations with 1,000+ users across multiple sites. Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and environments (PowerShell, Entra, etc.). Deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and leadership under pressure. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, ITIL, PMP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are highly desirable.
