Essential Functions:

Oversee and streamline daily IT operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead, hire, and support a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Manages and drives all Partner Program operations. Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets. Lead the evaluation and implementation of process improvements to enhance operations and service quality, including the approval and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and vetting of new technology tools to optimize workflows Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present reports on key operational metrics and overall performance. Flexible responsibilities that evolve with company priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent industry work experience required. 5+ years’ experience in IT operations management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and interpersonal Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and services. Ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.”
