- Leads the IGA engineering team ensuring the highest levels of system availability and stability.
Manages team changes, incidents, and outages to minimize impact to IAM services. Aligns team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering priorities. Identifies, develops, and deploys opportunities for system improvements. Responsible for relevant IAM product licensing and subscriptions ensuring appropriate coverage with a focus on cost containment. Enhance and automate IAM processes and procedures as identified by the IAM Operations team. Acts as intermediary and facilitator to help resolve ongoing and/or complex issues. Lead identification and implementation of next-generation IAM services and technologies leveraging industry-standard technologies and best practices. Creates/maintains a competitive organization by attracting, developing and retaining talent to ensure people with the right skills & motivations are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs. Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationships. Enhances the customer service experience to drive competitive advantage. Gains competitive advantage by developing, supporting and/or promoting innovative strategies, products or processes which align with the firm’s vision and goals and enhance the firm’s reputation/brand.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related.
Six (6) years in any occupation with experience in development, engineering, and management experience. Six (6) years in any occupation with experience in development, engineering, and management experience must include: Experience in Enterprise Security domain and Financial Services industry is required; Identity Management and Risk Management best practices; Experience in Systems Engineering, supporting highly resilient enterprise services; Experience in leading a team of Security Engineers, Contractors, and third parties to deliver complex interoperable systems; Experience in Application Development and Engineering, Enterprise Implementation, Strategic Planning, and Business Acumen is required; Experience in Project Management, Change Management, Disaster Recovery Management; Experience in Identity Management technologies (SailPoint IdentityIQ, along with strong knowledge on IAM frameworks is required. Experience with Cloud computing platforms (AWS; Azure) is required; and Experience with other Enterprise applications like Active Directory; Exchange; InfoBlox; ServiceNow; and Oracle PeopleSoft applications is required.
